"Inosuke, wait! You must have a way to save them!" Tanjiro's compassionate nature led him to try and save those who wished to die.
"So annoying! Tanjiro, you're really annoying!" Inosuke stopped his attack on the controlled Slayers.
Tanjiro, sensing Inosuke's frustration, said, "But they're our comrades! We can't intentionally hurt them!"
Dodging attacks, Inosuke retorted, "They begged us to kill them. What's the problem?"
While dodging attacks, Tanjiro and Inosuke collided back-to-back. Inosuke said, "They're fast and unpredictable. If we dawdle, we'll be the ones killed!"
"Tanjiro, leave this to me and my brother. Go find the {demon} controlling the silk and kill it! That's how we break this deadlock and save everyone," Shinji suggested while facing a controlled Slayer.
Shinichi, his brother's suggestion sounding like reckless heroism, scolded him, "Shinji, have you lost your mind?! What are you saying?!"
Shinichi disagreed. He didn't believe Tanjiro could kill the {demon}. If Tanjiro failed, Shinji's decision would put them both in mortal danger.
Tanjiro, surprised by Shinji's trust, nodded. "Inosuke, let's go! Leave this to them!"
"Fine!" Inosuke, tired of fighting the Slayers, fought his way through and headed towards the {demon}.
Tanjiro followed, promising Shinji before leaving, "I'll definitely get you out of this!"
"Wait—you're really leaving?!" Shinichi panicked as Tanjiro and Inosuke ran off.
They ignored him. Frustrated, Shinichi grabbed Shinji, yelling, "What kind of heroics are these?! Don't you know splitting up your forces is incredibly stupid?!"
"Brother, Tanjiro is Ryuji-senpai's junior. He can definitely kill the {demon} controlling the silk! That was Ryuji-senpai's plan. Trust Ryuji-senpai and Tanjiro!" Shinji reassured him.
Shinji's decision stemmed from his trust in Ryuji's instructions to Tanjiro. If Ryuji trusted Tanjiro, so did he.
Shinichi argued, believing he would be a better choice to stay behind and hold the line.
