Chapter 127 - Rocks vs. Garp and Roger

In the midst of their aerial battle, Rocks and Garp clashed violently before landing on opposite sides.

Garp now bore several cuts from Rocks' blade, his clothes stained with blood. In the brief time they had fought, Rocks had already managed to wound him.

Fortunately, the injuries weren't deep, nothing that would affect his bones or tendons.

On the other side, Rocks no longer maintained his previous composure. His hair was disheveled, his face paler, and the grin that had been plastered on his face was now gone.

He glanced at Roger, who stood beside Kong, and the rest of the crew, his expression darkening.

He knew that in the battle of God Valley, the World Government would undoubtedly make thorough preparations to annihilate him and his entire pirate crew, enlisting the help of other forces.

But he hadn't expected the Roger Pirates to join in, becoming an ally of the Marines.

As a rising pirate crew in the New World, Rocks had once considered recruiting them to become part of the Rocks Pirates.

But they had refused.

Only now did Rocks understand why the Roger Pirates had turned down his invitation—they wanted to replace him and become the new rulers of the seas.

At this thought, Rocks suddenly laughed, a wild and unrestrained laugh. Even now, there was not a trace of fear on his face.

No matter how many people or how strong they were, standing against Rocks couldn't diminish his domineering presence.

Because fearlessness was the very foundation of Rocks' immense strength.

"Kong, this alliance isn't because I, Roger, fear you. It's merely because we share a common goal. Once Rocks is dead, I declare this alliance unilaterally dissolved!" Roger said slowly.

Before Kong could respond, Roger jump and appearing instantly beside Garp.

"Hahaha, long time no see, Garp! You're actually injured—what a rare sight!" Roger greeted Garp with a laugh, noticing his wounds.

Since the Roger Pirates had entered the New World, their primary adversary had been Garp.

It could be said that Garp was like a persistent thorn in their side, constantly launching attacks against the Roger Pirates.

The two had clashed many times by now, and it could be said that their rivalry had forged a strange familiarity.

"Roger, I'm glad you've come to aid the Marines this time. But our cooperation is limited to this battle at God Valley. Once it's over, I'll personally arrest you!" Garp said, his gaze steady on Roger.

"Garp, you're such a bore. We'll deal with our issues after the God Valley battle. Right now, I have no interest in you or the Marines," Roger replied nonchalantly.

Hearing this, Garp remained silent.

Although his relationship with Roger wasn't entirely hostile, in his eyes, allying with pirates was a disgrace to the Marines.

But for now, they had no choice.

After all, Rocks' strength was overwhelming, and the current situation for the Marines was far from favorable.

"Let's end this quickly. Rocks' power far surpasses ours—don't let your guard down!" Garp said, having deeply felt Rocks' strength during their battle.

Even after the previous clashes, Rocks still possessed an unrivaled might.

"Of course, this is Rocks, the overlord of the seas! How could I dare to underestimate him!" Roger drew the supreme blade, Ace, from his waist, a faint smile appearing on his lips as he stared at Rocks on the other side.

Even though they had never met before and he had only heard of Rocks' name, Roger knew that Rocks' strength far surpassed his own. After all, even a monster like Bob could only serve as his commander, which was enough to prove how formidable Rocks truly was.

"Hahaha, you two brats, save your whispers for your own beds!" Rocks sneered as he looked at Roger and Garp.

In the next moment, Rocks let out a furious roar, wielding his supreme blade as he charged straight toward the two of them.

"Captain Rocks, kill all these scoundrels, including that traitorous pirates!"

"Rocks is the strongest man in the world! Even if Roger and Garp join forces, what is there to fear?"

"Didn't Kong and Garp get defeated before? No matter how many reinforcements the Marines call, it won't change the fact that you're doomed to lose!"

"Rocks!"

"Rocks!"

"..."

Seeing Roger stand beside Garp, the pirates of the Rocks Pirates knew that the two would soon face Rocks together.

But the crew remained completely unfazed, for in their eyes, the name "Rocks" was synonymous with invincibility.

What did it matter if the Marines' top fighters joined forces? What did it matter if the strongest of the Marines and pirates united? Rocks had won before, and he would win again.

"Is this your final declaration before death?, Rocks it seems you've realized that you won't be leaving God Valley alive today!" Roger said.

In an instant, the three figures clashed.

"Boom!"

A deafening explosion rang out, and a massive cloud of black smoke rose into the sky.

Amidst the flurry of blades and swords, Rocks fought with all his might. He continuously blocked the attacks of the two, occasionally seizing their weaknesses to counterattack.

Though he was slightly at a disadvantage against their combined assault, Rocks' momentum remained unyielding, even surpassing theirs.

"As expected of the strongest man on the seas! To still hold your ground against the two of us!" Roger remarked, a bead of sweat forming on his forehead as he spoke during the intense exchange.

"Hmph! I never thought you'd side with the Marines. No matter how strong you are, I, Rocks, still no match for you!" Rocks retorted as he deflected Roger's strike.

"Your ambition is too great, so great that it terrifies the world! That's why you must disappear!" Roger frowned, feeling the strain of resisting Rocks' ferocious onslaught.

"Boom!"

Another earth-shattering explosion erupted, and a blinding light illuminated the sky, even brighter than the sun.

"Brothers, let's take out the Roger Pirates first!"

"Kill these traitors..."

While Rocks and Roger battled, the crew of the Rocks Pirates showed no hesitation, charging straight at Roger's crew.

Compared to the Marines, they were more eager to see the Roger Pirates wiped from the face of the earth.

In an instant, the flames of war reignited as the Marines and Roger's crew clashed with the Rocks Pirates. The sounds of battle, curses, and shouts filled the air, unceasing.

Rayleigh, Gaban, and Bullet observed the chaotic melee unfolding before them, scanning the crowd for worthy opponents.

By the altar, Bob, who appeared completely at ease, caught their attention.
