Indistinct voices of a man and a woman flitted into the air. Claude sat on his bed with a face filled with concealed anger. In his hand was a phone that showed news coverage. The owner downloaded an uploaded version of the breaking news that aired last night. It didn't help that Claude could recognize their car in the middle of the shot.
"You must be so unlucky… getting involved in different car crashes." A familiar male voice came from the side. Claude glanced at the phone's owner before rewatching the video. His action made the owner chuckle. "Sweet thing, you should be careful of the people you ride with."
"Why? I don't really go on trips aside from Eugene and Len." Claude almost snapped, but his tongue didn't feel like sharpening today.
