As July ends and August finally takes over, Landon thanks the fans and everyone who supported his shows, however one thing had been bugging him for weeks now 10/16 shows he did he noticed one thing in common. A particular girl was seen in the front rows and was always in the first 20 fans when it came to doing meets and greets. It was becoming problematic for Labdon, he was now falling victim to a "Hailey" and he could sense it from a mile away.
On the other hand, Tatiana Manaois had finally responded to the message that Rachel had sent her via e-mail & the date was set. She sat in her small apartment, sipping on a cup of coffee as she went over the contract details one last time. She had high hopes for her meeting with and she was determined to make a good impression.
As she waited for the day of the meeting to arrive, Tatiana couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nerves. She had always dreamed of making it big in the music industry, and this could be her chance. The day of the meeting finally arrived, and Tatiana boarded the plane to the city where EchoWave Records was based. As she settled into her seat, she took a deep breath and tried to calm her nerves. She was ready for this.
Upon arrival, Tatiana was greeted by a driver from EchoWave Records, who took her to the hotel where she would be staying. After checking in and freshening up, Tatiana made her way to the EchoWave Records office, where Rachel was waiting for her.
The meeting was cordial, with Rachel warmly greeting Tatiana and welcoming her to the team. They sat down in a conference room, and Rachel began to outline the terms of the contract, discussing the potential opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.
Tatiana listened intently, her eyes scanning the contract and asking pointed questions whenever she wasn't sure about something. Rachel was impressed by her professionalism and insight, and she knew that they had a good chance of coming to an agreement.
As the meeting drew to a close, Rachel smiled and leaned forward, her eyes locked on Tatiana's. "So, what do you think? Are you ready to join the EchoWave family?"
Tatiana's voice trembled slightly as she continued, "I appreciate the offer, but I don't think I'm the right fit for a record label that doesn't seem to trust me to make my own creative decisions. I've always valued my independence, and I think that's what's allowed me to stay true to my art."
Rachel's eyes widened in understanding, and she nodded thoughtfully. As she looked at Tatiana, she was suddenly transported back to her first meeting with Landon, where he had expressed similar concerns about maintaining his artistic freedom. A warm smile spread across her face as she realized the similarities between the two.
"I completely understand, Tatiana," Rachel said, her voice filled with empathy. "But I want to assure you that EchoWave is different. We're not about changing you or forcing you into a mold. We're about giving you the platform and resources to express yourself authentically. We believe in letting our artists be themselves, and we won't try to change your look or sound if you don't want us to."
Tatiana's eyes narrowed slightly, her expression skeptical. Rachel could see the doubt in her eyes, and she knew she had to convince her that EchoWave was the right fit. "Let me ask you something, Tatiana," Rachel said, leaning forward. "What do you think would be the ideal partnership for you? How can we work together in a way that feels authentic and supportive to you?
Tatiana's expression softened slightly as she considered Rachel's question. "I think the ideal partnership would be one where I have creative control over my music and artistic direction," she said. "I'd want to work with a team that understands and respects my vision, and is willing to support me in bringing that vision to life."
Rachel nodded enthusiastically, her smile growing wider. "I think we can definitely work with that," she said. "In fact, our approach at EchoWave is all about collaboration and mutual respect. We believe that our artists are the creative experts, and we're here to support and amplify their work, not dictate what they should be doing."
Tatiana's skepticism seemed to be waning, and Rachel could see the curiosity in her eyes. "I'd like to propose a compromise," Rachel said. "Why don't we work on a project-by-project basis, where we collaborate on specific initiatives and see how it goes? That way, you can maintain control over your artistic direction, and we'll provide the resources and support to help bring your vision to life."
Tatiana's expression turned thoughtful, and Rachel could see the wheels turning in her mind. After a moment, she nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "Okay, I'm willing to give it a try," she said. "But I want to make it clear that I'm not looking for a traditional record deal. I want a partnership that values my creative input and respects my independence."
Rachel's face lit up with a warm smile as she nodded in agreement. "I completely understand, Tatiana. We're willing to work with you on a project-by-project basis, respecting your creative input and independence. I think this could be a great partnership for both of us."
Tatiana's smile grew, and she extended her hand, sealing the deal. Rachel shook it firmly, feeling a sense of excitement about the potential collaboration. As they finalized the details, Rachel couldn't help but notice the similarities between Tatiana and Landon. "You know, you remind me a bit of Landon when we first met," Rachel said, a nostalgic smile on her face.
Tatiana's face turned bright red as she blushed, her eyes widening in surprise. She hadn't expected Rachel to mention Landon, and the thought of being compared to him made her feel a little flustered. The idea of being "collared" to Landon, even just in a professional sense, made her heart skip a beat. Rachel didn't notice Tatiana's reaction, too caught up in the excitement of the potential partnership. "I think you'll fit in perfectly with our team," she said, beaming with enthusiasm. "Let's get started on the details and make some great music together!"
Moments later, Rachel was giving Tatiana a tour of the building and they came across Landon who was finally back in the studio and recording a new song. Tatiana's eyes lit up as she listened to Landon's new song,it was a soulful R&B ballad that showcases Landons vocal range and emotional delivery, with lyrics that speak to being a supportive partner. His yes sparkled with interest, and he asked Tatiana, "What do you think? Its tittled 'Favorite Song'(Toosii).
Tatiana hesitated for a moment before responding, "It's catchy, and the lyrics fit the theme. Plus i never heard an 808 like that before, it's unique." Landon nodded as he got up from his chair and extended his hand to greet Tatiana. "I'm Landon Asher. I hope we'll get along." He said with a smile. Tatiana spoke his hand with a smile. "Thanks, I hope so too. I'm Tatiana Manaois."
"Say, Tatiana. The song isn't really done, I could use some back up vocals on it, are you by any chance Interested in helping out?" Landon added. Her eyes widened in surprise at Landon's request, and she glanced at Rachel, who was watching the exchange with interest. "I'd love to help out," Tatiana said, her voice filled with enthusiasm. " You'renot pulling my leg right now, right?"
Landon's smile grew, and he nodded, clearly excited about the prospect of working together. "I was thinking something soulful and emotive. I have a rough idea on what we could work with. So, let's get started." Tatiana nodded, and Landon handed her a pair of headphones. They spent the next hour working on the song, Tatiana adding her own unique touch to the backup vocals. Landon's eyes lit up as he listened to the harmonies, and he turned to Tatiana with a grin. "You're a natural. I think this is going to sound amazing."
