The nearby Shinigami gasped in shock.
Negación is a barrier that cuts off everything from the outside world. Once someone is surrounded by its light, it's like they're trapped in a different dimension. No one outside can get in.
It's considered one of the strongest defenses—even Captain-Commander Yamamoto can't break through it.
But Nanaya walked through it like it was nothing.
Aizen Sōsuke stared blankly at the figure below.
"HHHMMMM..."
He had never seen anyone like Nanaya before.
Just a regular human, yet he had ruined Aizen's plans, and even killed his trusted subordinate, Tousen Kaname.
Now, he could even pierce through Negación?
"No way..."
Cold sweat dripped from Ichimaru Gin's forehead.
Even if Negación broke, Aizen would probably survive... but Gin wasn't so sure he would.
Panicking, he glanced up at the Menos Grande above. He desperately hoped they'd pull Aizen out faster.
Damn it, hurry up, you stupid Hollows...!
Meanwhile, after realizing that his attacks weren't working, Nanaya turned to the Gillians just beyond the black rift.
These terrifying Menos Grande made him instinctively nervous. Still, he could feel how powerful they were—and how tempting that power felt.
It seemed like, after absorbing so many Shinigami, their spiritual energy had become... tasty.
"Universal Pull!"
A powerful gravity force surged.
One of the fearsome Gillians was dragged down from the rift.
"Shinra Tensei!"
An equally powerful repulsion followed, smashing into the Gillian, tearing it apart. Its body exploded into particles of spiritual energy that scattered across the sky.
As Nanaya absorbed those particles, his eyes lit up with madness.
"Shinra Tensei!"
He launched himself into the air.
Even though Aizen and Gin had already entered the black portal, Nanaya kept attacking the surrounding Menos Grande.
"Amaterasu!"
"Flame Control!"
The immortal black flames ignited the Hollows. Even the supposedly indestructible Negación started burning.
For once, Aizen looked uneasy. He glanced coldly at Nanaya, then turned and disappeared into the shadows.
"Interesting human," he said. "Let's see if you're this brave next time."
Gin rushed after him.
Once the two vanished, the remaining Gillians inside the rift roared in fear and backed away from the crack.
They were barely intelligent, but even they were terrified of the insane human in front of them.
Someone had actually broken through Negación and started killing them.
Who the hell is this monster?
As the Menos Grandes retreated, the black crack in the sky slowly began to close.
Nanaya looked up and shouted:
"Wait! I haven't had enough yet!"
Most of the Hollows that invaded Karakura Town were weak and low-level. They didn't have much spiritual power, so they weren't very satisfying to him.
If these Gillians escaped, who knew how long it would take for his Rinnegan to evolve?
But the moment he yelled, the more intelligent Gillians started fleeing faster, terrified of being eaten alive.
They were supposed to be the predators—yet this human was hunting them.
"Damn it! You think you can just run away!?"
Nanaya slammed his foot into the ground and, using repulsion energy, forced his way into the closing rift.
The black crack was almost sealed, but he didn't care. He roared:
"Susanoo!!!"
The full form of Susanoo appeared out of nowhere.
Its massive arms reached into the rift and forcibly tore it open again.
The upper half of its body pushed inside, and with one powerful strike, Susanoo swatted down two more Gillians.
The Hollows inside were stunned.
He tore open the rift... and came in after us.
Is this guy really human?
After devouring more spiritual power, Nanaya's eyes grew more crazed. He forced Susanoo's entire form through the crack and shouted:
"All mine! Don't you dare run!"
Outside the rift, the Shinigami stood frozen in shock.
They watched the giant blue warrior wielding its sword inside the black crack, chasing off the terrified Gillians.
Then, slowly, the rift closed again.
Silence.
No one said a word.
After a long pause, Kurosaki Ichigo finally pointed at the now-clear sky and asked, half in disbelief:
"Did... Nanaya just go into Hueco Mundo?"
Ishida Uryu, Inoue Orihime, Sado Yasutora, and Shihouin Yoruichi all stood there, stunned. The corners of their mouths twitched. Some even looked like they wanted to cover their eyes.
Even the usually quiet Sado muttered:
"Nanaya... isn't he a little too energetic?"
He broke into Soul Society by himself... and now he's forced his way into Hueco Mundo too.
Were they supposed to follow him in now?
"Should we go after Nanaya?" Orihime asked, blinking.
Kurosaki Ichigo: "..."
Ishida Uryu: "..."
Sado Yasutora: "…"
But it wasn't just them feeling conflicted.
Captains like Byakuya Kuchiki, Kyoraku Shunsui, and Ukitake were also filled with regret.
"Ah..." Kyoraku sighed, scratching his head. "If I'd known this would happen, I would've just listened to Nanaya earlier."
The other captains stayed quiet.
Nanaya had clearly seen through Kyōka Suigetsu's illusions.
If they'd just followed his lead and attacked together, Aizen might never have escaped from Soul Society.
But now...
Aizen and Gin had entered Hueco Mundo and joined forces with the Hollows.
They were going to be even harder to fight next time.
And it was all their fault.
Even old man Yamamoto seemed regretful, though he didn't show it. He just looked more frustrated than ever.
"So... are we still fighting?"
Ukitake asked, looking around awkwardly.
The two sides stared at each other in confusion.
Yamamoto grunted and said nothing. He sheathed his Zanpakutō and disappeared in a flash, leaving the ruined execution grounds behind.
The remaining captains started to get the message.
"The Central 46 is gone. What's the point in fighting anymore?"
Kyoraku shook his head.
Even if they caught Aizen's allies, who would judge them now?
With a sigh, he walked toward Unohana Retsu and Inoue Orihime.
"Ladies, I'm injured. Mind giving me some healing?" he asked with a smile.
Orihime quickly nodded. "Y-Yes! Stand still, I'll use—"
"GET LOST!"
Boom!
Unohana smacked Kyoraku away with her sword. Gritting her teeth, she glared up at the sky.
"Nanaya, are you running away again!?"
He had promised to stay and keep her company after the battle!

Kyoraku winced, rubbing his jaw.
Elsewhere, Sui-Feng also calmed down. She looked flushed, but ignored Ichigo and the others. Instead, she turned to Yoruichi and blurted:
"Yoruichi, sit down!"
"???" Yoruichi blinked, confused.
She stared at her old subordinate in shock.
"Ichigo, let's keep fighting!"
Zaraki Kenpachi shouted, grinning wildly as he charged over, still covered in bandages.
Ichigo's face went pale. He turned and ran.

"No way! I'm done fighting, I'm still hurt!"
Unohana glanced over with a frown and unsheathed her blade.
"Zaraki Kenpachi, I'll fight you instead."

Meanwhile, in Hueco Mundo...
A loud boom echoed across the endless white desert.
Qiye crashed down from the sky, slamming into the white desert with a Gillian gripped in his hand like a falling meteor. The impact created a massive crater, sending shockwaves across the sand.
The force of his landing stirred up the desert like a raging tsunami. Waves of white sand swept in all directions.
When everything finally settled, Qiye glanced around, scratched his head, and muttered in frustration:
"Where the hell is this? Is this really still Hueco Mundo?"
All he could see was endless white sand. There wasn't a single tall structure or even the faint outline of Las Noches in sight.
But deep within the desert...
Spiritual pressure began to rise.
From ordinary Hollows to Gillians and Adjuchas, countless Menos Grande sensed the intruder's presence. One by one, they looked toward his direction.
