Chapter 10 - Ruthlessness!

"Put him down."

Seeing their companion being treated like this, the remaining cultivators got angry and shouted at him.

He obliged, "Okay!"

Boom!

The moment the old man was thrown to the ground, Hong Jun's foot wasn't any slower and stomped on the skull.

Leaving behind a body without a head, he moved toward the next target.

"Damn! Is he daring you?" Hearing the shouts, he didn't care as his palm landed on the skull of another Qi cultivator.

Boom!

He didn't forget to be a good person and go all the way; as such, he stomped on his dantian, crushing it.

When he was just about to retreat, he felt a strong threat, and his body twisted before jumping on the ground, rolling sideways.

When he stood up, he realized the threat had not vanished. But he could see it; a black sword was moving faster, attacking, and he saw what resembled black smoke in the sword.

"What the hell is this?" He just felt like escaping, but something in his mind kept telling him not to.

Since that was the case, he didn't escape but kept fighting, and the pressure became more when more than one sword was attacking.

Phew!

"What the hell?" He felt these Qi cultivators had weak bodies but strong external help.

"It seems that we can't use the body to fight this!" As he said this, he waved his arm and cut out, causing the air to ripple.

Boom!

The sound of the sword striking against the compressed air he had just unleashed.

He was able to train for seven years; obviously, he learned sword techniques from Old Master Ye.

"Only by going to the grandmaster realm can one be able to completely manipulate blood Qi to attack." He knew where his terrifying blood Qi attacks were.

It was even more so when fused with sword techniques. He could now only use the advantage of his strong physique to cut the air and fight, but things were different when grandmasters were involved.

On that level, even the spirit could be mobilized in attacks. Spirit clearly involves artistic conception.

The ability to twist the world around and even affect reality.

The more he fought, the more he seemed to be learning, while the old master Ye and Old Gu Tian were dealing with the massive wolf and condor by themselves.

He didn't even have time to watch their situation, as his was not ideal to begin with.

When the attack from the sword approached, he used the same means, and his figure vanished.

The next moment, he snapped a neck as though he was doing something casual, and the body moved to his right; a sword pierced through the Dantian instead.

He then vanished and appeared before the last person, slapping the neck until the head was twisted to the side.

He then made sure to destroy the dantian too.

The only thing left was the two monsters.

He failed to realize the two swords that had lost control collapsed on the ground had black smoke rising from them.

"Old fellows, need some help?" Suddenly the two old grandmasters heard Hong Jun's voice, and nothing about it sounded like he was willing to help out of the goodness of his heart.

"Boy! You should learn to crawl before walking. Look at the strength of a grandmaster!" The old aster! Ye shouted.

He suddenly looked up, and a sense of blood Qi rose from behind the old man.

It almost took the form of a wolf's smoke.

He suddenly looked up in the sky and became dazed.

"I'm not yet a grandmaster, but I dare to think about rushing out to fight rank two monsters. The Qi refinement monks I just dealt with barely rival rank one monsters. Rank two monsters are clearly even stronger than most Foundation establishment monks."

Looking at the massive wolf's smoke appearing behind Old Gu Tian and Master Ye, Hong Jun realized something.

"Since I chose this path and created my own domain in this place, I can't retreat. Even more, I can't let others hold the sky for me. In this place I am the sky." When he thought of this, he heard something shattering in his mind.

The blood Qi inside his body reached a complete cycle and seemed to have reached the limit of this stage.

With a raise of his palm, blood-red Qi and blood surged on it.

"I can actually control blood Qi at the marrow cleansing stage?"

It wasn't all; he felt his body had become perfect inside and outside.

"It seems that becoming a grandmaster is just a thought away, but I have no rush for this. Let's finish this fight and collect the Blood core first! As long as I can consume two more blood cores, I don't think my foundation will stay the same."

With a thought he made a move.

Unlike before, he felt Old Master Ye's sword technique in his hand was becoming mysterious.

His figure vanished, and the only thing that was seen was a red light flashing by.

The massive wolf let out an angry roar as a bone-deep wound appeared close to the wolf's neck.

But he didn't stop and this time completely pierced the left eye.

Roar!

"Old man now!" He didn't forget to shout, Old Master Ye.

The old man was indeed a veteran, and once he had a chance, he made a move.

Hong Jun only saw a red line rising, and the next moment, the head of the massive wolf was severed off completely.

Without even thinking, he bent his knees and exerted force, propelling himself into the sky.

Boom!

He jumped up, and when descending didn't forget to bring the massive condor along.

On the ground, the condor's wings didn't get the chance to flap before a red line rose and they collapsed.

Watching this bird also die, Hong Jun felt his spirit had sublimated in a way, unaware of why this had happened.

His state of mind had clearly improved in this battle, and he didn't feel any pride from winning the battle.

"I need the blood cores! You guys can take the meat and work hard to try and attain the limit of grandmaster as fast as you can. Our enemies are slowly becoming stronger, and they will continue in the future." Hong Jun said this as he turned to look in another direction, where black, belowing smoke was rising in the sky.

"What is this?"
