PREAMBLE
We, the Founders of the Sulliva Academy, united by a shared conviction that truth is the enduring light of civilization, do hereby establish this Charter to guide, protect, and elevate the pursuit of knowledge, character, and national responsibility. In a world ever in flux, we commit to anchoring our learners in the radiant flame of Solis Veritatis, the Sun of Truth.
ARTICLE I. PURPOSE
Educate young citizens of noble, military, and intellectual distinction in the fields of leadership, governance, science, and defense.
Strengthen the moral and mental discipline of future state officers through structured conditioning and reflection.
Prepare students for deployment into real-world institutions in national service, peacekeeping, defense, and administration.
Uphold loyalty to the Monarchy and to the Coalition principles of regulated peace, lawful sovereignty, and internal control.
ARTICLE II. INSTRUCTIONAL PILLARS
The curriculum shall be founded upon six pillars:
Civitas (Civic Order) – the knowledge of government, law, and history
Mens (Mind & Leadership) – the development of emotional control, leadership, and judgment
Corpus (Physical Mastery) – training the body for survival, strength, and discipline
Verbum (Speech & Protocol) – excellence in language, diplomacy, and ceremonial function
Scientia (Scientific Wisdom) – understanding of human development, biology, and progress
Praxis (Action & Application) – the final embodiment of knowledge through service and field integration.
ARTICLE III. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
All enrolled cadets and scholars of Sulliva Academy shall:
1. Swear an oath of loyalty to the King, to Sovereignty Management and International Headquarters, and to the Coalition Group to physical, intellectual, and ethical refinement through daily study and drills.
2. Obey all ranked instructors and appointed advisors with unquestioning respect.
3. Preserve all state secrets, mission knowledge, Xenoform, Mutant, and D̶e̶v̶i̶a̶n̶t̶-related protocols with utmost discretion.
4. Present themselves with dignity, order, and composure as representatives of the sovereign state.
ARTICLE IV. EVALUATION AND PROGRESSION
Students shall progress through four academic tiers:
Year I — Foundation
Year II — Application
Year III — Leadership
Year IV — Command & Deployment
Graduation shall only be granted upon successful completion of a Capstone Service Internship (ND-TIP), demonstrating:
Tactical competency
Civic understanding
Loyalty assessment
Practical national contribution.
ARTICLE V. OVERSIGHT AND GOVERNANCE
Sulliva Academy shall be governed jointly by:
1. The Council of Education
2. The Sulliva Military Office (High-Rise)
3. A SMITH-appointed Chief Commandant
4. And an Honorary Royal Inspector, selected personally by His Majesty
The Central Ministry shall hold limited advisory rights regarding training in Mutant and Deviant behavior, to ensure alignment with national defense policy.
CLOSING STATEMENT
May the Solis Veritatis shine upon those who walk the path of honor, intellect, and sovereign devotion. May those who emerge from these gates carry with them not only the tools of command, but the wisdom to wield them.
