Summary:
Initial human trials of the Project ████████, Mutant-militarization began with 50 subjects: 20 enlisted combat personnel and 30 inmates from classified supermax facilities: ADX Stahlheim, Hades Zuchthaus, Fort Eisenflucht, Sulliva Hochburg. The objective: to biologically and neurologically enhance humans for deployment in sub-Aether zones and direct engagement with hostile Xenoforms.
Early conditioning involved the gradual introduction of a mutagenic compound derived from Xenoform material. Side effects were widespread, ranging from skin bleaching to organ stress, with over 70% of subjects reporting severe physiological reactions. ████ as recorded in two fatal cases. However, 41 subjects remained viable, demonstrating rapid tissue regeneration and increased blood-oxygen efficiency.
Surgical phases followed. Two core neurological and spinal implants were administered while subjects were maintained in induced comas. These operations showed a 94% retention rate, though several required full neural recalibration post-op due to overstimulation or feedback loop errors. Integration of additional Xenoform-based tissues (carvostrum and saltatoris variants) occurred later, customizing each subject for either brute strength or kinetic agility, respectively. Measurable increases in bone density, muscle mass, and reaction time were documented within three weeks post-grafting. One incident of █████ led to the suspension of surgery for 48 hours.
Final reintegration protocols involved hormone modulation and psychological filtering. Approximately 80% of all subjects reached operational stability. Though five later failed psych-evals, their early performance confirmed the program's combat viability.
Of the final surviving cohort, 32, primarily sourced from the inmates, exceeded combat expectations during the ████ drills conducted in Sector ███████. Their behavioral profiles remain under review.
Full deployment remains pending approval from the ████ Council.
