As the day goes on, Benimaru then thought of creating a cyborg to gift to the Revolutionary, It was just to make the communication between the two parties easier without revealing his affiliation with them. Benimaru then started using the future Seraphim, which are humans that have robot enhancements, but his cyborgs would be from the Animal Kingdom series, as he was planning to incorporate the best traits of humans into animals.
He also thought of starting on cloning devil fruits using the Green blood basis of Vegapunk for the future. The devil fruit that he wanted to clone is the Ope Ope no mi and Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, two of the most overpowered devil fruits in the One Piece verse, but that would be in the future; now, he just wanted to create a simple cyborg.
Benimaru then took the blood of Kuma, as it was a promised favour for helping Ginny. Benimaru collected more than 500 mL of blood from Kuma and informed that he might need to collect more in the future, which Kuma agreed on. Benimaru then studied the genetic composition of Kuma as he observed that it was a mixture of two types of bloodline, one was based from Giants and the other from genetic code that Benimaru did not recognize.
He then started selecting the traits of Bucaneers that would enhance the strength of the cyborg that he was planning to create. He used Bepo's gene to create the new cyborg as it combines the intelligence of a human and an animal's species. When he finished creating the DNA sequence that he wanted, he then started enhancing the genes, making sure that it's strength would grow into what he desired in the future.
Benimaru then collected different kinds of egg cells from female mammals in the forest. He decided that the first batch of animals that Benimaru would use are Gorilla, Tigers, Lions, Bunnies, and Boar. Benimaru captured the female species and collected their eggs to raise the cyborgs that he wanted. As he finished collecting, he then started injecting the DNA sequence that he had made into each of the eggs of the different species. Benumarut took 2 weeks to stimulate the eggs to form an embryo, and then put each of the embryos into the incubation chambers that are available in the abandoned laboratory.

As those two weeks have passed, Ginny's condition has better as it was noticeable that Benimaru's treatment worked, the scales made of sapphire that were in her skin disappeared, and her complexion started to get better, as they were only waiting for Ginny to wake up. Benimaru then started using this time to get back to his training, as he also made Kuma teach him how to use armament haki.
"Teach me how to use armament haki since I know that it won't be long before Ginny wakes up, and I don't want to take any time you should be spending with her, so I'll take this chance to cash that favor," Benimaru reasoned towards Kuma to which Kuma agreed as they decided to do their training in the forest
As they are now walking towards the forest, where they saw Bepo, Shachi, and Penguin continuing the routine that Benimaru had last made them do. Bepo, Shachi, and Penguin were introduced to Kuma by Law when they were hunting for sea kings, as it was one of the most nutrious food that they could have; it was also an assessment for the training that they do, Kuma just accompanied them as Benimaru was busy with his experiment and he also offered some advice in terms of training, making the 3 fond of Kuma, while Law just have this feeling of neutrality with Kuma.
"Hey, it's Kuma-san, how is Ginny doing now?" Bepo then said, noticing Kuma and Benimaru towards them, while Shachi and Penguin looked at Kuma and smiled as they saw their giant friend but did not stop their routine.
"She's becoming better, thank you for your concern, Bepo, you are a kindred soul," Kuma replied, as he appreciated the concern that Bepo was showing towards his friend.
"Hehehehehe," Bepo just laughed while blushing as he was not used to being praised by anyone; he was then also teased by Penguin and Shachi. Kuma just looked at the dynamics of their friendship and couldn't help but envy their innocence, as it was something that he did not have, since he became a slave at a young age, experiencing the worst side of human malice.
Benimaru and Kuma continued to walk until they reached the middle of the jungle. Kuma then decided that it was far enough not to affect the residents of the Swallow Island. Kuma then explained the idea of how to use the Armament Haki, the very essence of how it was used and how to channel it.
"It was the manifestation of your will and spiritual energy, to use armament haki, or even any kind of haki you must not have any self-doubts, you must believe wholly in your strength, your purpose, and your spirit," Kuma said, as he demonstrated how it was used. Kuma then blackened his arm and showed it towards Benimaru.
Benimaru stood still, absorbing every word. His crimson eyes narrowed, focusing not on Kuma but inward, searching for the very conviction Kuma spoke of.
Kuma continued, "Armament Haki is not just about hardening your body. It's about asserting your presence—imposing your will upon the world. The moment you hesitate, the haki falters. It's like armor forged from your very soul. But remember…"
He raised his hand, forming a faint, black sheen along his forearm, like obsidian light—dense and crackling with latent power.
"...it is not enough to force it. You must let it flow from within. Let your spirit coat your body like a second skin. Strong, unyielding, but alive."
Kuma nodded. "Clarity of self. Of purpose. Of will."
The jungle around them seemed to quiet, as if the trees themselves were listening. And there, in the silence, Benimaru took his first step toward mastering the invisible armor that would soon become a part of him.
