May 4th. It was nice chilly morning in Los Angeles. The wind blew my hair and a shiver tokk over my body for a second, but I loved. It was about 9:20 and I was on my way.
On the bus I sat next to an old friend of mine. Though we really didn't talk to each other much since we have grown distant of each other over the year. So I mainly looked outside the window and gazed at the outside world. As I looked outside the window I thought of how beautiful the world is and how even though it was cloudy it was still one of God's masterpieces. At this very moment I can remember the sky and how it darkened everything underneath it to a dull and gloomy gray. The gray in the sky had almost taken the the color in the world and ate the Sun leaving our poor little world cold with all the people on it. It was as if the blue sky had left the day before and gray sky had taken its place. But even with the sky dark with clouds our world was still beautiful. The lights of cars that were passing by filled my eyes with the color red. Sometimes our focus can shift so easily, from the sky to lights of cars. I stared at each passing car, memorized by the blinding lights. Daydreaming of different things as I sat there contently, letting the morning drift into one of many.
It was the 1st of June. It was still a school day but around 9 something in the morning I was not at school. It was not because I was sick or at the dentist, and if you know my parents you know that it was not because I skipped school.
It was the 3rd of June in 2016 and I can still remember it like was yesterday, when in reality it was only a few days ago. I know what you must be thinking about, that it is normal to remember a few days ago like yesterday because it is all so recent. That is not the case for me, I have a not so great memory. I can barely remember everything I ate two days ago and I do not even remember what I did 4 days ago except that I went to school but I can remember that day very clearly.
It was a Friday and I had just finished my first class of the school day. I was heading to my next class.
