STARK TOWER – LAB – LATER THAT NIGHT
The lab lights dimmed slightly as the city skyline shimmered outside. Most of the tower had gone quiet, but in the heart of the lab, Tony and Harry were still at it.
Harry sat cross-legged on a high stool, carefully studying a schematic Tony projected in the air — a sleek wrist device, nothing too bulky, but definitely loaded with features.
Harry is amazed by the technology, And Tony's stubbornness to create something that's magic tech related. Amelia told Tony that Magic and technology doesn't end well. And yet he had walked into Daigon alley and stay near magic, How come his Arc reactor didn't react?
That actually open a lot of theories after and other, Tony made a bet he can create magic tech, And he would do it. He's a stark and he loves challenges.
Tony, hunched over his workbench, had his sleeves rolled up and goggles perched on his head. He glanced over at Harry. "Alright, kid. Time for your first official Stark upgrade."
Harry tilted his head. "I thought I was just here to learn." Admittedly, Something doesn't really make sense, He does understand like it's a puzzle but not fully.
Tony raised a brow, holding up a slim black wristband — part sleek metal, part leather, glowing faintly with a soft blue light. "Lesson three: when you roll with me, you get perks. This bad boy is for you."
Harry's eyes widened. "You built something for me?" Now, He wasn't expecting that! He thought Tony was making his project or whatever he does. Wait, what does he make??
Tony waved a hand. "Yeah, yeah. Don't get weepy. This isn't a toy — it's a safety net."
He placed it on the table and tapped the side. A miniature interface flickered to life with soft beeping sounds.
"Wrist-mounted tracker. Only Jarvis, Pepper, and I can access it. It pings your location if anything goes wrong. Also has a one-touch panic shield — hits a kinetic pulse barrier around you for five seconds. Gives you time to run or yell or both."
Harry blinked. "You made me armor?"
Tony gave him a look. "Soft armor. Just enough to buy you breathing room."
Harry picked it up, holding it carefully like it was made of glass. "This is... brilliant."
Tony leaned against the bench, watching him with an unusually soft gaze. "It's not about brilliance, kid. It's about peace of mind. Mine, mostly." That's most at least he can do.
After all, He did upgrade Jarvis to magic sensor, Again, He was thankful to Amelia patience to work with him. There will be a guard from the Magical Congress of the United States of America, the short version name is MACUSA. Also, He had order tons of books from Diagon alley with her help, He gotta keep you with the history, These wizards are so backwards, it's like 18th century or something.
Harry grinned a little and slipped the band onto his wrist. It locked into place and resized automatically to fit.
Jarvis chimed in softly: Welcome, Mr. Potter. Device calibration complete. Your safety is now my highest priority."
Harry's lips curled into a surprised smile. "You have your own butler AI?"
Tony scoffed. "Please. Jarvis is family. He's the sassiest member."
"I'm flattered, sir. Shall I inform Master Rhodes that you've officially entered Dad Mode?"
Harry burst into laughter. Tony groaned and covered his face. "Et tu, Jarvis?"
They shared a warm moment of laughter before Harry looked at the band again, this time more seriously. "Thank you. Really."
Tony gave a simple shrug, trying not to look too affected. "You're part of the team now. Gotta take care of my own. Besides, we Starks? We don't half-ass anything. We full-ass protection."
EXT. STARK EXPO – NIGHT – FLASHING LIGHTS AND CAMERAS EVERYWHERE
The Stark Expo was in full swing. Neon lights danced across the massive crowd as music blasted from large speakers and futuristic tech displays shimmered under spotlights. A full-blown celebration of innovation and spectacle.
Tony had already made his grand entrance earlier, dropping in to thunderous applause and making a dramatic show of charisma and tech prowess. He now mingled with guests and business partners, still in full "Iron Man but make it formal" mode.
EXT. STARK EXPO – BACK ENTRANCE – LATER
A sleek black car pulled into a quieter, more secure side of the venue. Happy Hogan stepped out first, glancing around before opening the door for Harry, who stepped out with a mixture of awe and nerves.
As Harry looked up at the towering structure of the expo, his eyes widened. The lights, the people, the size of it all — it was unlike anything he'd ever seen. "Wow…"
Happy chuckles. "Yeah, Boss sure knows how to throw a party. Stick with me, kid." But before they could walk far, Rhodey and Amelia Bones approached them, They were informed by Tony, Happy and Harry will be coming in through backstage so they came here to get him. Harry blinked, surprised "Rohedy? Miss Amelia? What are you doing here?" As far as he knows, Rohedy is busy these days so he mostly do video calls to talk with them. Miss Amelia on the other hand? He was surprised.
Rhodey clapped a hand on Harry's shoulder with a reassuring grin. "Came to keep an eye on your big brother. He gets rowdy when he's the center of attention."
Amelia smiles "And I'm here on business… and to make sure you're safe."
Harry's brow furrowed. "Safe? From what?"
The two adults shared a quick glance — subtle, but not missed by Harry.
She speaks "Just precaution, Harry. With your... change in guardianship, it's possible some people in the magical world might not take the news well."
Rhodey nod. "We've got your back, alright? Think of us like your security detail tonight."
Harry nodded slowly, clearly puzzled but choosing not to press. He glanced between them, sensing there was more they weren't saying. But after everything, he trusted them — especially Amelia. "Okay… thanks."
Amelia smiled warmly and adjusted the collar of his small suit jacket like a doting aunt might. "Now, you're here to enjoy yourself. See some technology, eat weird tiny appetizers, and stay out of trouble. That's an order."
Harry gave a weak smile, but he still felt overwhelmed. Together, They went inside. The music, the crowd, the weight of what wasn't being said—it all felt heavy.
Noticing his unease, Rhodey leaned closer. "Stick with us for now. Once Tony's free, we'll meet him together. And hey, if we're lucky, maybe we'll see a robot blow something up."
That got a real smile out of Harry. "Only if it's not my fault this time."
They all chuckled.
INT. STARK EXPO – TONY ON STAGE
Tony, mid-speech, noticed the small group entering through the side, and Harry sticking close to Rhodey and Amelia. A warm smile touched his face. He's glad Harry isn't uncomfortable and enjoying looking around.
Yup, it was best decision.
