Jayden looked at me closely and I felt the unexplainable tension between us. For a moment there, he held onto me tightly and in the next, he pushed me off him so forcefully that i landed on my butt on the cold, hard surface of the ground.
"Good morning Alpha Prince." Katherine bowed her head at him in greeting and rushed to help me get up to my feet but before she could do so, he stopped her.
"Leave her." He instructed and she halted in her steps as though she was frozen solid. "Let her get up on her own. I'm pretty sure that she's capable of doing something as simple as that. She can't be lazy in just one night of staying here."
I shot him a glare. My hands aggressively pushing off the dress to a side so that i could stand back to my feet. Gosh! I would kill to have a pair of shorts and a T-shirt right about now. These kind of dresses aren't really my thing.
