«"The Glimpse beyond the Veil - Foreseen. Or Forgotten"»
In the age of clean suits and corporate suns, beneath the gleam of TitanTech towers, the gods we built learned to count backward— and we sealed our ghosts inside.
They forged gods to end the old wars. Then they forged suits to bury those gods. But nothing that bleeds ever stays buried. And fate, once sealed, begins to fracture.
They were never meant to remember.
But memory leaks. And so do fractured dreams.
Because beneath the badge, beneath the protocol, beneath the suit — something Older was sealed. It is waking.
And it wants out.
---
The suits we wore became second skin.
The names became numbers. The truth became a glitch in the system.

The gods we built bled back into us.
Their whispers haunt the satellite grid.
Their corpses power our towers.
Their remnants slept beneath the suits.
But the system was never clean.
They ■■■■■.
"We sealed them beneath the suit. But identity leaks. Legacy leaks.
The void always remembers its children."
A boy kneels in a burning crater.
His hands tremble. His eyes glow like a dying star.
The city screams around him.
He doesn't.
A girl falls through a mirror of screaming shadows.
She clutches a rusted locket that hums in a language the world forgot.
She lands on glass.
It remembers her name, even when she forgets.
---
One forged from ash, with a name not his own.
One born of shadow, whose locket still dreams.
One runs from the scar he became.
One follows a song only she can hear.
Each marked by a past they never chose.
Each will fracture a future they were never meant to reach.
They are not Chosen.
They are not Cursed.
They are the glitches in the ■■■■■— the recurrence that wasn't meant to return with memory.
---
> A god's corpse is wired into a black tower.
> It whispers to the Iron Moon:
"The ■■■ is still bleeding."
A mask hangs in a forgotten lab.
One side cries. One side screams. Scrawled beneath it:
DO NOT FOLLOW THE ■■■(IRON SONG) SIGNAL.
---
\[Audrina's voice — distant, dream-warped]:
"I keep waking up in a world that forgets me.
But the locket... the locket still dreams."
\[Ryuu's voice — gutted, reactor-overloaded]:
"They said I escaped the lab.
They lied.
I never left."

The Iron Moon begins to open. It remembers what the world chose to forget.
> The ■■■■■ stirs.
> And something ancient remembers their names.
The prophecy was never written to save anyone.
It was a cage.
Now?

[END PROLOGUE]
————————————————
Still confused?
That's how recursion works.
But this time, the glitch found you.
➤[Read the Author's Thoughts - it remembers what they don't.]

Author's Thoughts :
"Suit Up. The Glitch Has Begun."
Welcome to Underneath the Suit: The Fractured Vow — a story of fractured identity, weaponized memory, mythic power systems, and the shadows that rise when the world forgets its ghosts.
You've just read the prologue: not an origin, but a breach.
The veil is thin. The suits were never clean.
And the story doesn't start — it leaks.
- If you're confused — that's intentional.
The prologue is a fracture, a glitch in a sealed file. It's a dream. A warning. A weapon.
From here, we descend into Ryuu and Audrina's waking lives — jobs, grief, cities that hum with false peace. But the cracks are already there. You'll see them if you look sideways.
Quick Notes:
-No system. No Cheats
-The power system (Aura) is soul-borne,It hurts. It burns.
-The prophecy? It doesn't want to save you.
-Every name has weight. Some you haven't heard yet. Some you have and forgot.
Thank you for reading this far. If something resonated — a line, an image, a feeling — I hope you stay.
This isn't a story about saving the world.
It's about surviving what's left after.
See you in Chapter 1
