Lee Youngha has never known happiness and belonging. Ever since birth, Her parents dropped her off to an orphanage because to them giving birth to a child is more easy than raising them.

"EVA! YOU THEIF!" A woman's yelled out as she grabbed my arm. 'It hurts. Who is this person? Why is she telling at me?'
Youngha thought and opened her eyes properly. She was at this weird place. Was this heaven? But then who is this woman yelling at her? Youngha looked around and then at her own arm which was being gripped. It was small, like a kid's arm.
"ARE YOU LISTENING TO WHAT I'M SAYING, EVA?! Ugh I can't even with this freak. No food for a week." The woman threw her onto the floor and walked away. Youngha sat there confused.
'Eva..? Why is she calling me Eva,' Suddenly a sharp pain goes through her head as she remembers flashbacks of her memories. She was Eva, an orphan who lived with her aunt and was abused everyday. Eva immediately dragged her tiny feet and moved in front of a mirror. There she sees a little girl with dirt and wounds all over her body. She had pearly white hair and dark black eyes. Eva was shocked. She touched her cheeks, she couldn't believe what was happening. Youngha was reincarnated into this little girl named Eva.
"Why? Why is this happening? Did the gods decided to give me another change?" Eva said, staying quiet for a moment before yelling,
"FUCK YOU, GOD! IF YOU HAVE TO REINCARNATE ME, AT LEAST SEND ME TO A WEALTHY FAMILY!!!" she pant before calming down. There's no point in getting angry as now she has to figure out where she was and how she could survive. Eva will not waste this life, She will be happy this time. She will...
Days passed by and Eva continued to try her best to not make her abusive aunt angry and secretly make an escape plan. One day, she goes to the woods behind their little house to collect some mushrooms when she came across an man. He was 6ft tall with white hair and black eyes, just like her. The man who looked at her with his sharp eyes and scary aura.
"Who are you, mister? And what are you doing in front of our house?" Eva asked, forcing out a sweet smile in front of this big, scary man.
"...I'm the grand Duke, Claude Von Darchya. And you're my daughter, Eva Von Darchya."
Eva dropped her little mushroom basket and looked at the man in shock. She suddenly remembered where she was. This was in her favourite novel, The lady in the flower field And she was the main Villainess.
In the novel, Eva was a troublemaker. After being rescued by her father, she tried everything to be the center of attention and love. But she always failed as the grand Duke was cold man after losing his wife, who died giving birth to Eva. He was so lost in grief that he had no idea that his daughter was kidnapped right after birth. So even after finding her after 5 years, he still couldn't warm up to her.
Eva was broken. She longed for her father's love and after not getting it, she became mean. Soon came Ripley, the female lead who was loved by all. Eva hated that and tried everything to get rid of Ripley. But in the end, she got executed for her evil deeds.
Back to the present, Eva looked at the man with complete shock and panic. She finally had a second change in life after her reincarnation but now she just got to learn that she a person who will get executed in the future.
"W-..what are you saying, mister?" Eva said in a quiet, shaking voice. But before the Duke could answer, Eva's aunt came out of the house.
"What do you think you're doing, lazying around?! Did you collect the mushrooms-..." suddenly she stopped when she saw the Duke.
"G-greeting, my l-lord.." the aunt bowed. "What bring you here?"
"I'm here to take my daughter." The grand Duke replied in a stern voice. His aura super scary that will make anyone shake in fear.
"Your daughter..?! Eva is your daughter..?!" The woman shaked. She panicked. After all she has been abusing her for a long time.
Eva stayed quiet, thinking. In the future she'll get executed. But she's not the Villainess Eva from the novel. If she stays out of trouble, she might dodge her death flag. Plus the grand Duke is rich and Eva could also spend her life in riches if she somehow manage to soften her father. But first, Eva needs to get her revenge. She steps closer and tugs on the dukes coat.
"Are you really my dad..?"
"...yes."
"Then daddy, that lady hitted me!" Eva cries out, putting on a teary, puppy face. She sees her father froze for a moment before picking her up.
"What did you just say?"
"That lady hits me..."
"No, what did you just call me?"
"..Daddy..?"
Suddenly the Duke orders the man in his right. "James, kill that woman."
"Yes, my lord."
Eva watched as the knights grabbed the aunt while she started to scream for mercy. They take out their sword and bring it close to her neck as the Duke cups Eva's cheeks and turned her face toward him.
"Don't look."
Eva blinks before nodding. She doesn't know why but she suddenly feels really sleepy and the duke's body is really warm.
This is going to be a long journey.
