Chapter 58 - Alex no demon chapter 53

A blinding arrow of pure red energy pierced through the air at the speed of light.

It struck Alex directly in the chest.

BOOM!

With a thunderous crash, Alex was sent flying backward, a gaping hole torn through his body. He hit the ground hard, unmoving—his consciousness slipping away.

Shinki calmly approached him, standing above him with cold eyes.

"…Don't worry," he said with a smirk. "I'm not going to kill you. At least, not yet."

In the dark void of unconsciousness, Alex found himself floating aimlessly.

"Why can't I move…?" he muttered, the emptiness stretching infinitely around him. "Am I dead? Or just… unconscious?"

Before he could make sense of it, a massive figure appeared in the void—a towering demon with a twisted smile.

"Accept it," the demon growled. "The pain. The despair. All of it. Every single ounce of nothingness and confusion you can feel, TURN OT INTO RAGE AND UNDESPUTED ANGER! OTHERWISE YOU'LL BE DEAD!" The demon growled with the most twisted smile.

As Alex floated helplessly, something deep within him stirred.

His eyes suddenly flared—glowing with a new, ominous color.

Back in the real world, Shinki extended a hand toward Alex's body—only for a violent explosion of black and red energy to erupt from it.

FWOOSH!

The shockwave sent debris flying as the valley trembled under the surge of power.

Alex slowly stood, the hole in his chest regenerating before Shinki's eyes. His fingernails elongated, his teeth sharpened—becoming fangs, and his white hair turned red. Power surged through his body, wild and uncontrolled.

"I'm… not dying yet," Alex growled. "Not until I fulfill my dream! Or atleast kick your ass!"

The sheer intensity of his energy shook the entire valley.

Shinki sighed, brushing hair out of his face. "Tch… kids these days, always pulling off one thing or the other. I cant even be sure to be amzed or feel bad for you. Well no matter what stunt you pull, it still won't be enough to beat me. I can assure you that."

Meanwhile…

Deep in the forest, Son and Jason were locked in a fierce clash with flames and lasers blasting through the forest at hypersonic speeds and blowing everything to ashes.

Fireballs and laser beams lit up the trees as both fighters moved at high speeds faster than sound by almost a hundred times.

Son launched a barrage of fiery blasts, causing constant explosions that echoed through the woods. Jason nimbly dodged, leaping from tree to tree with speed and skill.

Suddenly, Jason formed a laser sword in his hand and charged forward "HAH! YOU THINK YOUR FLAMES ARE GONNA STOP ME?!" He exclaimed with excitement as he blasted himself down at son with a crazy smile of excitement on his face.

Son summoned a massive wall of flame in defense, the flames also shot at jason as well. Jason on the other hand sliced through son's wall of flames and landed a sharp kick, sending Son crashing through the trees.

"Hah? You got taken out by a misely kick? Pathetic! Its almost like you've gotten weaker in our last encounter. I had fun tho, really. Lots and lots of it." Jason said all this with a twisted smile and started blasting lasers toward son without pause. "YOU'VE GOTTEN WEAK OVER THE MONTHS!! YOU'RE DISSAPOINTING ME!!" Jason yelled with excitement written all over his face.

Son clenched his fists as flames ignited around his arms. With a single punch, he dispersed Jason's lasers and rose from the wreckage.

"…Funny. I was about to say the same thing for you. Your attacks seem...." he raised his head up with a smirk "Rather depressing!"

As flames surged around Son's body, he prepared a devastating technique. Jason grinned and powered up, energy flaring around him.

"I've been waiting for this rematch," he said. "Don't disappoint me."

Elsewhere in the forest…

Zakia and Deo's battle continued to intensify.

Deo, radiating a powerful blue aura in mid air, launched attacks at rapid-fire speed. Zakia, however, dodged each one with calm precision.

Deo gritted his teeth and fired another massive blast "Fuck! Blast after blast, this guy is too damn relentless!", but Zakia met him mid-air with a brutal kick, then followed up with a strike that sent Deo crashing to the ground.

Struggling, Deo transformed his robotic arm into a machine gun, spraying bullets relentlessly. "MAN FUCK THIS!!" He yelled out with annoyance. Deo's bullets were enough to cause a huge amount of damage and destruction all over the place.

But when the smoke cleared… Zakia stood unscathed.

"Are you done?" Zakia asked coldly.

Deo stared, shocked, as the blue energy faded from his body.

"How the hell....? He just stood there and tanked everything? I've never felt sof cooked before."

"Im not sure you've realised this, but attacks like that…" Zakia raised a hand, energy gathering in his palm. "…are useless against me."

He unleashed a blazing technique—Hellish Blaze—a wave of energy so powerful it flattened trees, the blast almost reached a kilometre."This is the most devastating attack I have in my arsenal. And guess what? You're not strong enough to tank it!" He exclaimed with a smirk on his face as his attack layed waste to anything and everything in its way.

When the smoke cleared, Deo lay on the ground, his body charred and his nanotech watch sparking very violently. "Uhg.." deo was couldn't even lift a finger. His arms, legs and chest were all chard. "I couldn't react untimely! No way....was that thing....moving at the speed of light? It didn't just have speed, it had power as well...". Deo thought all thus to himself while layed on the ground.

"Awn, look at you layed on the floor like the soon to be burned dead man you are. I'd spare you," Zakia said, walking forward, "but I was ordered to kill. Still… you were a worthy the while."

As Zakia prepared to fire another blast, Deo's body glowed red.

His watch cracked and overflowed with crimson energy, rapidly spreading through his body in a violent manner. Zakia seeing this instantly jumped back "The hell?"

Deo slowly stood, eyes glowing red.

"…Sorry, but I don't feel like talking anymore. And i definitely dont feel like dying today.... or any time soon!" he muttered. "Right now, I only want to kill."

Zakia was shocked and confused "Huh? But how? I blasted my hell blaze attack at him when he was most vulnerable. He shouldnt be alive right now!" Zakia fired another series of Hellish Blaze shots "STAY DOWN!!!" He yelled, but the red aura around Deo exploded outward, blasting them away.

Suddenly, Deo moved—at the speed of light. He immediately blasted zakia on the face and sent him flying accross trees and the rest of the forest

Zakia was sent flying, smashed through tree after tree, "What the...? He just moved at a similar speed as my hell blaze technique! I.... can't read him!" Deo kept blitzing zakia around the entire forest, sending blows, kicks and powerful beams of energy at him non stop

Then—BOOM!

A final punch sent a shockwave that turned a large portion of the forest into ashes in an instant.

Zakia groaned on the ground, barely able to move, his arms were burned and a small part of his face got chard. Deo stood above him, a murderous look in his eyes with crimson red energy violently blasting around the place and incinerating anything it touches. Deo seemed like he was twitching "Ahh0w9eAQ91P!!:" He couldn't talk right at all. He was like a computer that was going on overdrive

Deo raised his hand, gathering the same technique Zakia had once used—only now, amplified tenfold.

"DI...1.332E. YOU GAVE ME...NO CH..ICE!"

Zakia's face turned into worry immediately "SHIT!" He exclaimed to himself.

BOOOOM!!!

A large part of the forest vanished in a blinding inferno. When the dust settled, Zakia was gone—reduced to ash.

The red aura faded, and Deo collapsed, smoke rising from his body.

"Ahhhhh. Did…Did I do it?" he murmured, watching as his sparking watch began fusing with his arm. His body was beat red.

Back near the mountains covered with forest, Son and Jason's battle reached its climax.

Son, engulfed in raging flames, flew forward. Jason propelled himself with concentrated laser bursts. Both warriors clashed at blinding speed, leveling the battlefield with every blow. Trees were being turned to ashes, the ground was melting and exploding. Both Sōn and Jason were going blow for blow, no one relenting.

Jason finally launched a massive laser beam.

Son tried to block it—only to be blasted into the ground.

Struggling to rise, Son looked up to see Jason walking toward him, a glowing laser sphere in his hand.

"I'm not done with you yet," Jason said with a cold grin.

End of Episode.
