After the man apologized to Elena, he still went ahead to make the ice cream for her which she devoured and thanked him for. She also wished to meet him again soon for more and this was the only thing that saved him from dying that day. The King said he was free to live until Elena got tired of his ice cream. He was thankful to Elena then drove away in speed.
Inside the car, Elena didn't say a word as she licked her ice cream like a baby, nodding her head as though flowing with the rhythm of inaudible music. She was really enjoying the taste of the cream and King Killian enjoyed watching her. She finished in no time and tossed the cup into the trash can across from them.
"You know, I thought you were so scary like the rumors had said." Elena began, staring at King Killian with rounded eyes. "I thought I would see heads rolling from people's heads every now and then. I thought you were the type to kill someone if they dared to breathe too loudly. But you seem…nice?"
