Kamini noticed that Rehaan was looking sad when they were having breakfast together. She tried to ask him what happened, but he didn't tell her anything. After having breakfast, Rehaan left for college.
In college when he saw Maya, he felt guilty for cheating her. He didn't attend the classes. He didn't dare to face Maya. The whole day he avoided her. Maya was concerned as she didn't see Rehaan in the college and called him several times on his mobile, but he didn't answer her calls. She sent him a message also, asking if he was okay, but Rehaan didn't reply. As Maya was worried for him, she decided to go to his house, but suddenly she remembered, that today was a full moon. She felt that Rehaan might be unwell that's why he didn't come to the college and decided not to disturb him.
When the moonlight fell on Rehaan, he started transforming into his wolf form in the jungle. After some time, he transformed back into his human form. He was weak and unable to walk, still, he tried to walk with difficulty. As he trembled and was about to fall, Maya came in front of him and Rehaan fell into her arms. Maya helped him stand straight as Rehaan looked at Maya in confusion.
Rehaan "Maya is it you? You came? You came for me?"
Maya "Yes Rehaan, it's me. It's okay you'll be fine. I'm right here. I'm with you."
Rehaan was not in his senses. For the past few days, he was very disturbed. He started hating himself for cheating Maya. Rehaan was looking very vulnerable. With Maya's support, he got out of the jungle. Maya dropped him home.
Maya rang the doorbell of Rehaan's house. Rehaan asked Maya to leave from there as it was a full moon night and his mother Kamini might unintentionally hurt Maya. Maya left after asking Rehaan to take care.
Kamini opened the door. Rehaan came in and sat on a sofa. Kamini came near him and asked him if he needed something. Rehaan kept silent.
Kamini "What is wrong with you Rehaan? This is not the first time you transformed. When will you learn to handle yourself after your transformation? With time, you were supposed to get used to it and become stronger. But on each full moon, you seem to become weaker. It's time to accept yourself and try to increase your strength. Otherwise you won't be able to defeat those vampires."
Kamini left from there after scolding Rehaan. Rehaan felt for his mother, winning against those vampires was more important than her son's pain.
The next day Rehaan didn't go to college. He was sitting in his room and kept thinking, about how he would break off his relationship with Maya. He was unable to bear the guilt anymore. Kamini entered his room and asked him to go to college, but he refused. Kamini got annoyed with his behavior and left. Rehaan sent Maya a message on her mobile to meet him in the evening at a place near the jungle.
Rehaan reached that place before time. Kamini called him and asked him where he was.
Rehaan "Mom, I am near the jungle. I asked Maya to meet me here. I'm waiting for her."
Kamini "Why near the jungle? You could have met her in some restaurant. You have no sense."
Rehaan "It's not a date Mom. Today I'm going to break off my relationship with her."
Kamini "What? Why? You can't do this."
Rehaan "Yes Mom you are right! I can't do this anymore. I can't cheat Maya anymore. I know her father killed my Dad. I know he is my enemy. I know I must protect my clan, but I can't do this anymore. I'll kill Rajveer, but for that I don't need Maya. I'll kill him anyway."
Kamini "Don't be a fool, Rehaan. Those vampires are very powerful. You can't... "
Rehaan had cut the call. Kamini was furious.
Rehaan felt someone's presence. He turned around to find Maya now standing in front of him. Looking at Maya's expression, he understood she overheard his conversation with Kamini. Maya came near him and slapped him. Rehaan kept quiet.
Maya "You lied to me? You were using me? You are a beast, Rehaan. I shouldn't have trusted you."
Rehaan "Maya listen to me."
Maya "You want to kill my father? You want his powers?"
Rehaan "No Maya... I... I don't want his powers. Your father killed my Dad."
Maya "That's a lie. You told me your father's death was an accident."
Rehaan "I lied to you. My father was a werewolf. He wanted to end the enmity, and your Dad killed him. "
Maya "You are still lying!"
Maya shouted at Rehaan and lost her calm. Rehaan tried to calm her down but failed.
Rehaan "Please listen to me Maya, let me explain. I never wished to hurt you. I know you won't forgive me but... I didn't want to... "
Maya "I was feeling bad for you. I was hating myself. I was a fool. I thought you loved me. It was a part of your plan."
Rehaan "Maya what are you saying? You were hating yourself?"
Maya "I don't love you, Rehaan. And I never loved you. I was with you because I wanted to know everything about you people. I was cheating you. But I felt you are a nice guy, and you don't deserve this. I was feeling guilty, and you... "
Rehaan "What are you saying? That's not the truth. You are lying now. You said you would marry me. You said you will share your powers with me."
Maya "And you believed me? You felt I would marry a werewolf? I lied to you. But I never intended to harm you."
Rehaan "Then why are you so angry? Why are you acting hurt? If you never loved me, why did you expect me to love you? You know what Maya, cheating is in your blood. Your father cheated my Dad and killed him. You cheated me for your benefit. If you want to stop me then kill me now. Otherwise, I'll kill your father. I don't want his or your powers. I don't need any special power! I want only one thing and that's revenge! I will kill him anyway and you despite being the most powerful vampire, wouldn't be able to do anything."
Maya "I won't kill you. I will make your life miserable. I will kill everyone who would come in your support. No more cheating Rehaan. Just pure enmity."
Maya left from there. She went towards the jungle. Rehaan lost his calm and left there too.
Rajveer and Nisha were worried for Maya as she didn't return home yet. They were calling her on her mobile, but she didn't receive their calls. Her parents tried to connect with her through their vampiric powers but failed.
Maya was in the jungle. She was hunting. She killed many animals and drank their blood, but her thirst was not quenching. The more she drank blood, the more thirsty she was becoming. She didn't realize it was her anger and pain, not thirst which was bothering her.
Rehaan rang the doorbell. Kamini opened the door. Rehaan stormed in. Kamini was worried seeing his condition. Rehaan's eyes were red. It felt like he cried his heart out. Rehaan sat on a sofa, shaking in anger. Kamini asked him to have water, but he refused.
Kamini "What happened Rehaan? What did she say? Did you break up with her?"
Rehaan "She is a monster. Just like her father, she is a cheater. She doesn't deserve my love. She doesn't deserve my sympathy either. She is just a blood-sucking monster. How did I feel she loved me? I was a fool to believe her. She doesn't even have a heart. I hate her Mom. I'll not forgive her."
Kamini "I knew she was lying. She is a vampire. She is Rajveer's daughter. Of course, she would never fall in love with a werewolf."
Rehaan "Then why did you not tell me?"
Kamini "I wanted you to realise your mistake. You were falling in love with her. I wanted you to see her true face. I knew very soon her truth would come in front of you. Now you have to focus on only one thing, and that is revenge."
Rehaan agreed with his mother and promised to do whatever she asked him to do.
Maya returned home. Nisha and Rajveer kept asking her what happened and where was she for so long, but she didn't answer their questions.
Nisha "What happened to you? You went to meet Rehaan right? Did he do something wrong?"
Maya "Dad did you know Rehaan's father Vivek?"
Rajveer "Vivek?"
Maya "Rehaan said you killed his Dad. His Dad was a werewolf."
Rajveer "I didn't kill any werewolf. When I was turned into a vampire, I was told to stay away from the werewolves. If a werewolf tries to attack us, then only we vampires would fight with them. Otherwise, vampires are not supposed to kill any werewolf."
Nisha "Maya, did you kill Rehaan?"
Maya "No Mom I didn't. I will not kill him. I will make him suffer. He was cheating me. He used me."
Maya went to her room. Nisha was about to follow her, but Rajveer stopped her. He said, "Leave her alone. She needs some time. Time heals every wound."
